This is the best domino's hands down. Doesn't taste like corporate pizza . They do an amazing job each time. Very consistent compared to other domino's. This location should all get a raise cause they are on point 110%.

Called and ordered two medium pizzas with the white sauce got red sauce tried calling back about four times Lane's busy and still 45 minutes before they close. Someone answered on the fourth call and put me on hold and I waited additional 10 to 15 minutes.

This was honestly disgusting. I’m still irritated just thinking about it. Ordered through the app, waited almost an hour like an idiot for food that never showed up. Call the store and suddenly they “can’t find the order” anywhere?? How does that even happen. Then it turns into this whole back and forth where nobody knows what’s going on and we’re the ones stuck chasing them down. Finally they say they’ll just take the order over the phone and send it out right away. Should’ve known that was a joke. Driver shows up with a horrible attitude, acting like we’re the problem. Then the store calls AGAIN asking for proof of purchase like we made the whole thing up, even though clearly something went through. And of course now the app magically doesn’t work. Before we can even figure anything out they say the order is canceled and the food’s already been thrown away. Like seriously?? No effort to fix it, no apology, nothing. Just “you’ll get a refund in a few days” which makes no sense because that means they HAD the order the whole time. Whole thing was a complete mess and just handled horribly from start to finish. Felt like they didn’t care at all. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but my recent experience at Domino’s Vestal Ave (Store #3405, Binghamton) was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I ordered Parmesan Bread Bites, waited patiently for my food, and was told the first batch had fallen on the floor — mistakes happen, so I waited again while they made a new one. But when I finally received my order, I found two hairs and even an insect inside the bread bites. That’s beyond disgusting and clearly shows a total lack of hygiene in the kitchen. I immediately contacted Domino’s Customer Support and even provided every detail they asked for. It’s now been several days, and despite all their promises, no one has offered any real apology or compensation. They clearly don’t care about their customers’ health or satisfaction. This experience completely ruined my trust in Domino’s. I’ll think twice before ever ordering from this location again, and I strongly urge others to check their food carefully before eating. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a brand I used to respect.

Domino's pizza is okay pizza, at least for our area. It's cheap and if you are within their delivery area it's convenient. I am not in Domino's delivery area, despite only being 3 miles away. I will typically order from the app, wait 10 minutes, then drive to grab my pickup order. Lately, ie within the last 6 months, this Domino's has gotten really poor with their estimated pickup and wait times. I will arrive to a tracker that says "were done, come on in" and yet I'll be standing around waiting for the pizza to finish in the oven. This has happened on more than one occasion and I have to assume it's because the joint is understaffed, as at most I only ever see two employees in there at any given time. Overall, if you need a pizza fix, Domino's will achieve that, but don't put a whole lot of trust into the tracker. You'll likely wait longer than it's telling you.
